ExtraTON Extension v0.7.0 update.
In this update, we have considered popular comments from the community and focused on improving the existing functionality.
✅ Added “comment” field on transfer card.
✅ When restoring a non-existent wallet, the user is given a message with a link to an explanation of the support for multiple contracts.
✅ Freer format of the seed phrase at the restore and word counter.
✅ Privacy Policy
✅ Checking a sufficient amount of tokens on spending operations.
✅ Elaboration of cases leading to transaction freezing and blocking the extension.
✅ Other fixes and improvements.

Зашифрованный файл ключей (бета).
Keystore file хранит зашифрованную версию секретного ключа пользователя. Какие преимущества это дает? Секретный ключ хранится всегда зашифрованным, даже внутри расширения. А когда он нужен для подписания транзакций, расширение каждый раз запрашивает пароль для его расшифровки. Таким образом, секретный ключ недоступен злоумышленникам или вирусам. Также это позволяет восстановить свой кошелек где-нибудь в публичном месте без опасения “засветить” свою секретную фразу.
Это решение делает ExtraTON наиболее безопасным кошельком в экосистеме FreeTON.

Keystore file saves an encrypted version of the user’s private key, locking it with your custom password. What are the advantages of this method if compared to seed-phrase? There are many. If a user’s computer catches a virus and a hacker gets ahold of your key, we won’t be able to do anything with it. Secondly, you won’t be able to light up your seed-phrase when typing it in a public place. You can also safely transfer the file to any other device you own.
When you use a keystore file to access your wallet, the private key is still stored encoded. Many other wallets ignore this threat. So, when signing any transaction in ExtraTON the user is asked to enter the password when confirming any transactions.
This solution makes ExtraTON the most secure wallet in the Free TON ecosystem.

1. Мы начали писать extraTON под Android. Наша команда пополнилась Android-разработчиком. Приложение нацелено на максимальное удобство при взаимодействии с DApp. И да, приложение под ios конечно же тоже в планах.
2. С нами связалось сразу две команды, участвующие в конкурсах имплементации DEX с целью интеграции в них extraTON. Функционал TIP-3 токенов скоро появится в расширении как alpha-feature.
3. Запущен конкурс браузерного расширения, в котором мы участвуем. В рамках конкурса мы добавим несколько полезных вещей. Пока не будем их раскрывать. Конкурс может принести в проект дополнительные средства для развития!

1. We've started to develop extraTON for Android. Android developer joined our team. The application is aimed to maximum convenience with DApp interacting. And yes, of course, an application for ios is also in the plans.
2. We were contacted at once by two teams participating in the DEX implementation contest in order to integrate extraTON into it. The functionality of TIP-3 tokens will soon appear in the extension as an alpha-feature.
3. A browser extension contest has been launched. We are participating. As part of the competition, we will add some useful features. We will not reveal them yet. That can bring additional funds for development to the project!
