Builder Codes allow eligible developers operating alternative frontends, bots or trading tools to receive builder fees on trades routed through their integrations, subject to the applicable program terms and technical requirements.

As of 10 November 2025, the Extended protocol had reached $100M in TVL.

Extended was an early perp DEX to support commodities and index perps in Spring 2025.
The next step is equities.

Extended is launching its first six perpetual pairs referencing equity prices. These products provide price exposure only and do not give holders ownership or shareholder rights in the underlying companies.

Equity perps have not yet achieved the same level of onchain liquidity as major crypto perpetual markets. Extended is working to improve liquidity and market access for these products, with further updates to follow.

Per popular user request, the off-hours pricing mechanism has been updated, so it tracks prices more smoothly and stays consistent with other venues during periods when markets are closed.

Spot trading is live on Extended!

Extended has added spot markets for BTC, ETH, and USDT.

Spot and perpetuals now share a single margin account: spot holdings can be used as collateral for perpetuals positions without bridging or converting to USDC first.

If a USDC balance becomes negative through trading losses, they will be covered automatically using other assets in the same account. This means spot holdings may be reduced to cover losses on perpetuals positions.

Effective June 25, 2026, the contribution of the following spot assets to Available Balance has increased:

wBTC: 80% → 90%
ETH: 80% → 90%
USDT: 90% → 95%

This means a larger proportion of each asset's market value will count towards your Available Balance for trading. It does not increase the value of your assets.

A higher Available Balance may enable you to take on larger positions and increase your effective leverage. Higher leverage increases the risk of liquidation and may amplify losses. Please review the relevant Risk Disclosures and ensure you understand the risks before trading.
