अब ECHS Beneficiaries हर 3 महीने में एक बार अपना Parent Polyclinic Change कर सकते हैं। ✅
👉 यह सुविधा उन beneficiaries के लिए है जिन्होंने 64 KB ECHS Smart Card प्राप्त कर लिया है।
💻 Online Change के 2 तरीके:
🔹 ECHS Web Portal
🔹 ECHS Beneficiary Mobile App
📱 Online request submit करने के बाद New Polyclinic पर जाकर 64 KB Smart Card को KIOSK Machine में update कराना होगा। (Ex-Servicemen Info Club)
अगर आप Ex-Serviceman, Pensioner या ECHS Beneficiary हैं, तो यह जानकारी आपके लिए काफी useful हो सकती है।
