"Next week the President is adding drug cartels to the list of terrorist organisations." - "You can understand how that will increase our ability to combat them." The main characters say.

In the 2nd clip (the very next scene in the film), two characters are talking over dinner, one requesting a ton of military equipment, to which he is cut off by the other saying: "Are you going to Ukraine? I got Russians on the payroll brother, don't put me in that position... Where's the coup?"

In light of what's just happened to Venezuela, just feels like more of the same Hollywood predictive programming I've talked about before. The comment about Ukraine is telling too. Blatant admission of CIA mercenary involvement. Yes, I know it's only a film, but the Americans, particularly the CIA use Hollywood for their propaganda.
