After the abduction of Nicolas Maduro, this map began to spread again.
The map belongs to Technocracy, Inc., a real-life political movement in the United States founded in 1933 by engineer Howard Scott, which gained fame during the Great Depression. His main idea was that democracy, national sovereignty, and the market economy had failed and should be replaced by the rule of a technically trained, unelected elite.
The technocracy completely rejected the "price system" of capitalism. Instead, she proposed an "energy cost theory," where goods, labor, and services were valued based on energy costs rather than money. The implementation of this system required the abolition of elections, the elimination of political pluralism, and the centralization of control over production, resources, labor, and security. Their geopolitical vision was a "Technocratic America."

🎥 2 clips from Sicario 2 (2018 film). 1st clip talks about how America is going to designate drug cartels as terrorists so they can use the military as an excuse to carry out operations.
"Next week the President is adding drug cartels to the list of terrorist organisations." - "You can understand how that will increase our ability to combat them." The main characters say.
In the 2nd clip (the very next scene in the film), two characters are talking over dinner, one requesting a ton of military equipment, to which he is cut off by the other saying: "Are you going to Ukraine? I got Russians on the payroll brother, don't put me in that position... Where's the coup?"
In light of what's just happened to Venezuela, just feels like more of the same Hollywood predictive programming I've talked about before. The comment about Ukraine is telling too. Blatant admission of CIA mercenary involvement. Yes, I know it's only a film, but the Americans, particularly the CIA use Hollywood for their propaganda.
