Download issues on Android 10:
Due to recent changes done by Google, the WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission can not be granted to apps for anything else except (Audio/Video/Images/Documents)
I'm not sure if APKs are documents, will investigate more over this.
However WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE can be granted by whitelisting it, will provide a permission file as magisk module to resolve the same.
As of now use 'Download apps in internal storage' from Settings->Downloads to solve the issue as of now.
