PROPHETIC WORDS
I have delivered you from the spirit that deafens and silences the heart,” says the Lord.
For I have broken the grip of the deaf and dumb spirit, and I have removed the hardness that once resisted My voice.
As it is written, “He makes the deaf hear and the mute speak” (Mark 7:37).
Behold, I have tenderised your heart with the power of My perfect love, melting the resistance of the soul and awakening the sensitivity of the spirit.
For “the love of God is shed abroad in your hearts by the Holy Spirit” (Romans 5:5),
and “perfect love casts out fear” (1 John 4:18).
Therefore, I am now directing your heart into My love, establishing your inner man in the pathway of My purpose and the certainty of My will.
For it is written, “The Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ” (2 Thessalonians 3:5).
And I am cultivating within you a meek and quiet spirit, a posture of strength that flows from surrendered trust.
For such a spirit is not weakness but precious before Me, as My Word declares:
“The ornament of a meek and quiet spirit… is in the sight of God of great price” (1 Peter 3:4).
The days of foolishness are passing away, and the fog of confusion is lifting, for discernment is increasing within you.
I am sharpening your perception and refining your judgment.
For “the spiritual man judges all things” (1 Corinthians 2:15),
and “solid food belongs to those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil” (Hebrews 5:14).
Know this: discernment is the remedy for foolishness, and wisdom is now taking its seat within your heart.
For “wisdom shall enter into your heart, and knowledge shall be pleasant unto your soul; discretion shall preserve you, understanding shall keep you” (Proverbs 2:10–11).
Furthermore, I have brought you into partnership with Me, and I have drawn you into the fellowship of My own life.
For you are not merely a servant but a co-labourer with God (1 Corinthians 3:9),
and I have called you into “the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord” (1 Corinthians 1:9).
As a joint-heir with Christ (Romans 8:17), you share in the life I have given, and through union with Me you may bring forth counsel, insight, and divine creativity.
For My Spirit reveals the deep things of God (1 Corinthians 2:10), and My wisdom flows through yielded vessels.
In partnership with Me you discover your true freedom, for “where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17).
And in walking with Me you uncover the grace-gifts I have deposited within you,
for “having gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them” (Romans 12:6).
Therefore arise in the consciousness of this union, for as you abide in Me and I in you, My love will be manifested through your life.
As it is written, “He that abides in love abides in God, and God in him” (1 John 4:16).
Walk in this partnership.
Live from this union.
Manifest this love.
For I have called you to reveal My life in the earth.
Glory to God forever.
PROPHETIC DECREE AND DECLARATIONS:
In the Name of Jesus Christ, according to the authority of the Word of God, I decree and declare:
I decree that I am delivered from every deaf and dumb spirit—every condition that once hindered my ability to hear God and speak His truth.
My spiritual ears are opened.
My tongue is loosed.
My heart is responsive to the voice of the Lord.
As it is written:

I am not merely a servant—I am a co-laborer with God.
“For we are labourers together with God.” — 1 Corinthians 3:9
Through union with Christ, I share in His life and His purpose.
“God is faithful, by whom you were called unto the fellowship of His Son.” — 1 Corinthians 1:9
I decree that through my partnership with God, I bring forth counsel, insight, and divine creativity.
The Spirit of God reveals the deep things of heaven to me.
“The Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.” — 1 Corinthians 2:10
I speak wisdom.
I carry solutions.
I release divine insight into every environment God places me.
I declare that through partnership with the Holy Spirit, I walk in true freedom.
I am free from fear.
Free from bondage.
Free from limitation.

I decree that my grace-gifts are revealed and activated.
I discover the gifts God placed within me, and I use them to serve His Kingdom.
“Having gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them.” — Romans 12:6
My life becomes a channel through which the love of God is manifested.
I declare that:
My heart is healed.
My ears hear clearly.
My spirit discerns accurately.
My life partners with God.
My gifts are activated.
My freedom is established.
My life manifests the love of Christ.
“He who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.” — 1 John 4:16
So it is established in the Name of Jesus Christ.

A person who will operate in discernment will be obedient and submissive to authority.
