Despite the pressure, Solana dominated with DEX volumes hitting ~$117B (more than double Ethereum's ~$52B), highlighting capital rotation to high-throughput chains. Regulatory progress continued with U.S. Senate advances on crypto market structure bills and ongoing White House stablecoin/CLARITY Act discussions. Institutional RWA steps moved forward via new indexes and tokenized integrations, while core DeFi lending and on-chain activity showed resilience against macro headwinds.
