Been 2.5 years driving around like this chap.. 1st few times were pretty intense, but got easier.. the last time I had a altercation was due to the cops not using discretion and letting my wife and 2 disabled children on board drive home, which was 5mins away from the spot

I head on down to check if they're OK and explain to cop that there is no law broken or crime being committed here.. refusing to hear me I walk off ,he then notices my truck without plates too and has another go.. gets heated, before I drop him (lightly) for trying to arrest me..lol he then pepper sprays me and tries to take me down,

I end up landing on him, before posturing up and throw down towards a blurred figure, eyes were stinging..

His female partner was in shock and didn't want a piece of it.. I stayed on him until the supervisor turned up, with 7 other cops..

I explained the situation, before they all started washing my face down and then letting me go without notice or contract

I said to him according to the commercial passenger service act, section 3 ,my wife and i were exempt as we were providing a charity service and travelling with guests, and no reimbursement will be received.. and my property (cars) can be used on public roads ,without causing harm to others, when I need to travel,

And since my cars aren't registered, in the CPV act that's defined as non a commercial vehicle.. and my licence expired, I'm not a driver, I'm the owner.

No license? No problem, take your passport and show them the inside page where the attorney General declares to let the holder pass and assist if needed..

We laughed about him hanging off me like a creepy monkey,until we received a summons, for no rego no license ,refusal of drug and alcohol testing..

As we all know, superior equity claim wins.. and by his own hand, he admits to assaulting me with a prohibited weapon, pepper spray, as mentioned in the VIC POL website, and falsely arresting me all because Im a bit on the heavy side and seemed agitated..

His charge is about 3,2k, mine after just those offences added up ,5 years in prison or 100,000k compensation due to non performance causing injury and possible death, (man died recently from pepper sprayed in nsw)

I don't like confrontation, but enoughs enough.. I can't continue living a lie especially now my kids are more aware of the bs..

I reckon, just like the masks, drop the plates too..

I was thinking of creating a separate group for people who are trying to exit the system and have no licenses and/or registrations but still travel around.
Just to share with one another our processes and how we get around/deal with authorities as well as our experiences. So we can learn what works, what doesn’t, how to approach and deal with situations etc so we are prepared and also for moral support. It can be a lonely world out there lol

So this group is basically for those who have or are ready to free themselves from the chains in a practical manner. Main topics would be:
- traveling without a contract (license or registration)
- not paying council rates

I know it can be quite daunting and intimidating to do, so we are here for each other as moral support, guidance and sharing our successes & failures so we can use these experiences to further enhance our knowledge and understanding.
