If anyone has had any success with a particular approach or process please comment and share in this post. Also if you know of any good lawyers who have had good outcomes please share their details (personally don’t take this path for myself but others may prefer to have a lawyer help them). Note that if you choose to take the path of not having a lawyer represent you (because they are using your dead entity legal fiction) these processes require you to put in the time to learn everything yourself in order for you to hold your position and understand the system so you can dodge any curve ball they throw at you. If you decide to do it on your own, no one can be there to tell you what to say etc - this is part of being a free sovereign being and not having to rely on others. However, we can support and help each other through what we have learnt and experienced so far.
