This is a good practical example to demonstrate how every wo/man has a trust account behind their corporate fiction.

-Say you want a $5000 bank loan, you find a 'lender' and go through the motions. They offer a contract to which you put your seal/signature to.
-You get the money, but find yourself in trouble and can't pay the loan back!
-The bank will send you a few notices (three in fact!) before you go into commercial default.
-The bank sells your debt to a collection agency for a sum, it could be for $5000 or less.
-QUESTION: How does the bank sell a debt that hasn't been repaid yet? Where does the value come from?
-ANSWER: It comes from nothing else but your signature/seal.
-Your signature is what gives value to the loan. How else is it possible for them to sell your debt to a collection agency.

What happens is the banks are receiving $5000 from you, which in turn they 'loan' back to you then charge you interest for you to pay it back!
