It doesn’t matter how much self control you have, how committed you are, now religious you are or how motivated you are. Unless you are actively busy doing/building/managing something, you will have inherent risk of relapsing due to idle occupancy time.

If you’re tempted to jack off at home - it’s because you’re not supposed to be at home - go outside and get shit done. Literally just walking outside is more beneficial than staying at home. If you’re tempted when you’re in bed - it’s because you’re not tired enough - shame on you for being a lazy fuck the entire day to have left over energy at the end of the day.

Stop being chronically online, start being productive and make a habit of looking at yourself in the mirror at the end of every day and reporting to yourself what the fuck you’ve done today that was actually useful to the world.
