A piano needs to be tuned every 6 months or less, because there's a lot of tension on the chords it gets out of tune whether people are playing it or not. Also, other kinds of maintenance are needed.
The place where they went has clearly been abandoned for many months, so there's no way a piano could be perfectly tuned in such a place, unless something creepy was going on, i.e. the ghost of a tuner or a tuner going all the way into the nowhere just to tune an abandoned piano. Or the piano is possessed and keeps itself tuned.
Or maybe the creator of this anime is someone like you, who doesn't know the basic stuff of how things work and thought it would be possible for a piano to play perfectly in the conditions shown. (Beware of sarcasm content)
