• You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information when using our service. Additionally, you agree not to use our platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. If your funds are flagged for KYC by a reputable service, the exchanger is not liable.
• Any sending, network, withdrawal, middleman, or external service fees are on the client, not the exchanger.
• Transactions will be carried out based on the instructions provided by all parties involved in the exchange. We do not guarantee the legality, quality, or security of the funds or assets being exchanged. Any disputes between parties must be resolved directly, although we may choose to assist with resolution at our sole discretion.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our service.
• Refunds can be denied for any reason, and if refunds are permitted, service fees will not be provided back. All fees are not refundable.
