TH1 : CMI

TH2 : humoral immunity

TH17 : cellular

Why TB prefer macrophage instead of neutrophils !?

لان الmacrophage اكبر ولان البيئة مناسبة اكثر

Macrophage release more gamma INF

Gamma INF inhibit defferntion TH0 into TH2

عندها

Th0 differentiation into TH2 by IL 4 بمساعدة

Th2 produce IL4 .5.10

IL4 and 10 inhibit differention of Th0 into Th1

It is inhibitory cytokine \ inhibit immune respone

M leprosy : more cytokine common is gamma INF

يفضل ال skin وال noseو airlobe والmycobacteria بال lung


لان الامر يتعلق بدرجات الحرارة امطلوبة

الleprosy يفضل مناطق باردة
