بينما بكتريا ال clostridium tetain من راح تكون السم مالتها الي هو ال tetanospasim هذا السم راح يسوي block لل GABA+glycine الي يشتغلون ك inhbatory mediated لذا راح يصير contraction للعضلات ويمنع ال relaxation
يعني spasm ويصير spastic paralysis
