This is to inform you that the 39th Matriculation Ceremony of the University has been scheduled to hold on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 11.00 am. The venue is the Convocation Arena opposite the Senate Building

All Matriculating Students are hereby directed to note the following:

1. Pay N2600.00 only for matriculation brochure at FUTO Microfinance Bank convert the teller to receipt at Bursary desk at the bank and

collect brochure at the matriculation venue

2. Obtain Academic Gown from your Department at no further cost on

presentation of school fees and matriculating brochure receipt

3. Return the Academic Gown to your Department not later than 3.00pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

4. All mutilated or lost gowns shall attract a penalty of N8,000 each procession. led by the SAO, starts at 10.00 am from the Macho man(round about, after the bridge) in an orderly manner to the Arena

6. Obtain your serial number from your SAO for use during the procession, sitting at venue and for signing of the matricula.

The West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WAEC, has commenced the registration for the 2021 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) for the second series. The registration period is from Monday, 23rd August 2021 to Sunday, October 17, 2021, but the generation of PIN ends on October 15, 2021.

2021 ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates who made Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-lfe their first choice in the 2021 UTME and obtained scored 200 and above, and those who applied for Direct Entry (DE) are hereby informed that Registration for the 2021 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) exercise will commence on Tuesday, 5th October and end on Tuesday, 19th October 2021.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Candidates are required to go through the following processes:

Step 1. Visit admissions.oauife.edu.ng

Step 2:Log on to the site with your Registration Number and your surname as a password.

Step 3: Fill the bio-data form and click continue.

Step 4: Obtain an RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference)From this site only and use it to make payment online at any
commercial bank.

Step 5: Once payment is accepted, the system logs out and you can now log in again.

Applicants that provide false information, or upload incorrect credentials will automatically be disqualified.

Candidates are required to check their screening schedule on the OAU Portal as of 22nd October 2021.

Candidates will also be required to participate in the Post UTME screening on their allotted dates and time from 27th October to 29 October, 021.

Applicants should note that the screening fee is two thousand naira (#2,000).

UNILAG POST UTME 2021:CUT OFF MARK, ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

The University of Lagos online registration for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for Admission into ALL COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2021/2022 Academic Year will commence from Monday, 11th to Friday, 29th October 2021.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

Candidates who made the University of Lagos their first choice in the 2021/2022 UTME, and scored 200 and above, are eligible for screening. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O-Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates who will not be sixteen (16) years of age by 31st October 2021 are not eligible and need not apply.

Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Screening will not be considered for admission.

Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn based on poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on the condition that the new admission shall be for a new program/course different from the former program/course. Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Eligible candidates should log on to the University of Lagos website www.unilag.edu.ng and take the following steps:

Click on Admissions.
Click on Post-UTME Application.
Login with UTME number as username and surname in lowercase as password.
Generate and print payment advice
Proceed to any commercial bank to make the payment or pay online.
Return to the University portal to complete the screening form.

Ebonyi State University (EBSU) Post UTME & DE Screening Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session

The Ebonyi State University (EBSU), Abakaliki has commenced the admission processes for its undergraduate programmes for the 2021/2022 Academic Session.

Interested candidates who must have scored 120 and above in the 2021/2022 UTME and who made Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki their first choice Institution and other candidates willing to change to EBSU should follow the procedure below to generate a payment invoice.

NABTEB RELEASES 2021 MAY/JUNE EXAMINATION RESULTS

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has released the results of the May/June 2021 in-school National Business Certificate (NBC) and National Technical Certificate (NTC) examinations.

The disclosure was made on Friday at NABTEB’s national headquarters in Benin, Edo State by the board’s Registrar/Chief Executive, Prof. Ifeoma Isiugo-Abanihe, who was accompanied by top officials of NABTEB.

She said: “For the purpose of onward progression of candidates to tertiary institutions, I wish to announce that 58,307 candidates, representing 72.96 per cent of the candidates that sat for the NBC/NTC examinations scored five credits and above, including English language and Mathematics. A total of 74,069 candidates obtained five credits and above, with or without English language and Mathematics, representing 92.68 per cent of the candidates that sat for the examinations.

“Comparatively, the performance is higher than the previous year’s 2020 in-school NBC/NTC examinations’ results, where 36,202 candidates, representing 62.99 per cent obtained five credits and above, including English language and Mathematics, and 48,597 candidates, representing 84.55 per cent of all candidates that sat for the examinations obtained five credits and above, with or without English language and Mathematics.”

(2) Enter your Candidatate Identification Number

(3) Select the Type of Examination

(4)Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year

(5) Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card. The Card Serial Number has an alphabet prefix followed by digits

(6) Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card

(7) Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up.

Rivers State University (RSU) Post UTME Screening Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session

The Rivers State University of Science and Technology, RSUST post UTME screening exercise application form for the 2021/2022 academic session is out.

The registration for the screening exercise will start from 8th September 2021 to 14th October 2021.

Candidates Qualified for RSUST Post UTME
1. The screening exercise for admission of candidates will be administered only on candidates who chose RSU as their first choice University.
2. Only candidates who scored 160 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are qualified for the screening exercise in all the Faculties of the University.
3. Candidates must possess the basic five (5) O’ level credit passes in accordance with the University’s Entry Requirements (Faculty /Departmental) before applying for the screening Exercise. It is mandatory that Candidates should upload their O ‘Level results and a scanned copy of their passport photograph. However, candidates who are awaiting their O’level results may apply but should so indicate.

How to Obtain RSUST Post UTME Form

(a) Candidates are expected to register for the screening exercise online by logging onto www.rsu.edu.ng and making e-payment of Two Thousand naira (N2,000.00) only using Interswitch Verve enabled cards. Candidates are encouraged to use the online chat support for further information. Below are steps to follow:
1. Visit https://rsu.edu.ng or https://ecampus.rsu.edu.ng and click on Applications

2. Click on the Programme REGULAR under Application Name “2021/2022 POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ADMISSION“

3. Click on BUY PIN Enter your Name, email, and Phone numbers , then Click on Pay with Pay Panel. Note that it is candidates’ personal phone numbers and email addresses that are required.

4. Click on Continue, select Payment Method (Payment Using Debit Card and
Bank Branch Option are available), and click on Continue to Payment.
Enter Debit Card details and Complete Payment.
A PIN will be displayed and also sent to your email.

5. Enter the PIN in the PIN section of the Application and Click on Start Application.

6. Follow the Application Process to the end and Print out your Screening Exercise Slip.

6. Applicants are expected to have all information required for this Application such as JAMB Registration Number, O’level Results and Personal Data.

(b) Candidates should ensure that their correct details are captured during the application for the Post-UTME Screening test

(c) Candidates are to note that the mode of screening exercise is ELECTRONIC. It is important that candidates practice how to use the computer especially the use of mouse and keyboard.

(d) Candidates are expected to note that the screening test shall be done at the Information Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC) of the University, therefore they should stick to the time and date on the screening test slip as no candidates will be allowed after the scheduled date of examinations.
SCHEDULE FOR THE RSU SCREENING EXERCISE

The Post-UTME screening exercise will take place from Monday 18th October 2021, at the Information Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC) of the University. Candidates are requested to please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their Online registration. The scheduled date, time and venue shall be indicated on the test slip.

Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time. All candidates for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.

Parents, guardians and well-wishers are advised to stay away from the venue of the screening exercise.

Further details about the screening exercise can be obtained online at www.rsu.edu.ng.

It is important to note that the names of successful candidates for admission shall be published on the same site (www.rsu.edu.ng.).

Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi (FUAM) Registration Schedule for 2020/2021 Newly Admitted Candidates

AUCHI POLYTECHNIC ANNOUNCES THE SALES OF THE HND APPLICATION FORM FOR THE 2021/22 SESSION

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for Admission into Higher National Diploma (HND), professional Diploma in Building Technology, and urban and Regional planning programmes of the polytechnic for the 2021/22 Academic Session.

Auchi Polytechnic Professional Diploma Admission Requirements

PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY

(1) Candidates must possess a minimum of a lower credit pass in the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology obtained from an institution whose programme has earned NBTE accreditation or any equivalent qualification.

(2) Satisfactory completion of NYSC or Evidence of Exemption from the programme.

(3) The duration of a full-time course is eighteen (18) calendar months, i.e., at least three (3) semesters.

PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING

Candidates must possess a minimum of upper credit in Urban and Regional Planning in Higher National Diploma (HND) from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi or any recognized institution whose programmes are accredited by NBTE and satisfactory completion of NYSC or a lower credit, including two years post qualification cognate experience and satisfactory completion of NYSC in addition to the O’LEVEL requirements or pass with three years’ post qualification cognate experience and satisfactory completion of NYSC in addition to the O’LEVEL requirements.

How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic Professional Diploma Admission

Application forms will be completed online via the Polytechnic website: www.auchipoly.edu.ng  (All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application and screening fee of seventeen thousand Naira (N17,000.00) only in favour of Auchi Polytechnic Treasury Single Account (TSA) No.1000075, using Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) generated from the Polytechnic website.

Read and follow the steps below carefully.

(1) Open your web browser and type in Auchi Polytechnic URL: www.auchipoly.edu.ng to display the Auchi Polytechnic web page. Select the desired portal (morning, evening or degree).

(2) Click on the link. Apply for 2021/2022 Auchi Polytechnic PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA.

(3) The application form request will display.

(4) Carefully complete the application form. Ensure that you provide all required information correctly.

(5) NOTE: Provide a username, (Preferably your phone number) and a password. Write your username and password in a safe place because you will need them for subsequent logins. Then click Generate Remita Retrieval Reference.

(6) Take the generated REMITA RETRIEVAL REFERENCE (RRR) to the designated bank and request that your payment be processed on the REMITA platform. You can also make payments on any REMITA approved payment channels. Allow a couple of hours for your payment to be processed before returning to the portal to continue with your application. Login with your username and password.

(7) Click on Continue with my Application Form.

(8) Complete the application form carefully. Ensure that you provide required information correctly as false information may invalidate your application. Upload your passport photograph as well as the required scanned copies of your credentials.

(9) Print a copy of the acknowledgement slip and two copies of the application form.

(10) Print a copy of application summary sheet.

(11) Enclose two (2) sets of photocopies of your credentials; e-receipt of remita payment, birth certificate and two (2) recent passport-sized photographs to the forms in an envelope. This will be submitted at a later date in line with COVID-19 guidelines.

Note:

Any payment procedure generated and processed on any other platform for the purpose of admissions into Auchi polytechnic, Auchi is invalid. All payment procedures must originate from the auchipoly.edu.ng portal. The portal is already integrated with the remita payment platform.
