๐ซ SAFc Registry โ June is shaping up strong ๐
Halfway through June (โ26) and the numbers are looking great:
๐น 18.5K tonnes SAF retired so far (day 13/30) โ already 2.4ร all of May
๐น 8.5K t SAFcA + 10K t SAFcE, 79 claims
๐น ~59.6K t COโ abated in June alone
๐น Big retirements from United Airlines & the Eco-Skies Alliance
๐ฐ OCR pool tracking:
Current cycle (Jun): $6.1K โ on-chain rate aligned โ
Projected next top-up (Jul): ~$17.7K at this pace ($7.7K to date)
The $0.90/SAFcA-tonne rate is holding perfectly on-chain. If June keeps this trajectory, next monthโs pool nearly triples. ๐
All live on-chain data via ewchain.io โ top-ups funded manually by EWF, timing may vary.

Added last Claim date to the table for easy reference.
Split SAFcA and SAFcE from total volume in the table (like tha chart was already split)
July was actually a pretty good month in terms of retirements. Let's see those rewards increase next month!

New on ewchain.io: DeFi & Liquidity ๐ง
Liquidity isn't trading volume, it's what you can buy or sell and at what price. The new liquidity page measures that, live from every venue trading EWT.
๐ Real depth, not vanity metrics: EWT tradable within 1/2/5/10% of price, from order books (KuCoin, MEXC, Kraken, Gate) and on-chain pools (Uniswap V4, Hydration).
๐งฎ Trade simulator: enter an order, see realised price, slippage, and routing. Untick exchanges unavailable in your country.
๐ธ Arbitrage check: free money between venues? Exact number, net of fees. (Usually less than a coffee, hence the gap stays open.)
๐ฅ Venue health: live markets, fees, and network (ERC-20 vs Energy Web Chain) per exchange. Delistings and fee traps flagged, not hidden.
๐ Depth history: order-book depth logged hourly. Exists nowhere else, grows from today.
All data comes straight from exchange APIs and chain state, transparent and verifiable.

ewchain.io updates now flowing into the Energy Web Discord
For those who donโt know it yet: ewchain.io is an independent analytics platform for the Energy Web ecosystem โ tracking $EWT price and supply, staking and stEWT metrics, collator performance, liquidity depth across venues, and SAFc Registry statistics. All pulled live from chain data and public APIs.
Starting now, updates from the ewchain.io Telegram channel land automatically in the Energy Web Discord as well. Same feed, one extra place to catch it โ data drops, feature releases and notable on-chain movements included.
Questions or feature requests? Drop them in the channel or ping me directly.
Big thanks to Daniyal an Saoyem for setting up the bridge

Supply map update โ the exchange wallets are found ๐
The EWT Supply Distribution chart on the tokenomics page just got a lot sharper.
KuCoin and Kraken were the last big unknowns in EWTโs supply โ large balances sitting on Ethereum with no name on them. Both are now identified and tagged: KuCoinโs reserve (~770k EWT) and Krakenโs wallets (~7.7M EWT together).
The wallet directory now covers 347 tagged addresses instead of 219 โ exchanges, community fund, founders, collators, locked contracts, dormant genesis wallets and more. EWX balances are included too, counted so staked EWT isnโt double counted.
And you can check the work: tap the โน๏ธ next to any category in the chart to see where the attribution comes from, plus every address with a link to the explorer.

๐ New on ewchain.io: the Wallet Directory
347 EWT addresses identified and labeled โ exchanges, foundation, founders, contractsโฆ and for the first time, the collators of Energy Web X.
Ever wondered who actually runs the 15 collators? The block producers now have names: Vodafone, EDF, Nethermind, Grid Singularity and Austin Consultants each run one, Polkadotters joined via a verified Polkadot identity โ and the funding trail shows EWF itself is behind 7 of them.
Every label in the directory shows how it was identified, with explorer links so you can verify it on-chain yourself. Paste any address (0x or EWX) to check if itโs known.
Something incorrect? Let me know..

SAFc OCR update: rate more than doubled on August 8
New reward phase live on EWX since August 8. The daily rate jumped from $121.78 to $276.23, a +127% increase and the first rate increase since December.
The reason is simple: July was the biggest retirement month since the December spike. 21,781 SAFcA tonnes retired, about 2.5x June. Bigger volume, bigger pool.
But before anyone celebrates: per retired tonne this is actually the lowest rate so far. Roughly $0.39 per SAFcA tonne this cycle, versus $0.43 last cycle and $0.90 in June. The pool grew because volume exploded, not because the rate recovered.
Why the per-tonne rate keeps dropping while EWF stays silent on the correction they announced in July, and how long this could still take, that deserves its own post. Working on it.

EWF confirmed the current SAFc reward rate is $0.40 per retired tonne, down from the $0.90 observed before July. The reason: a bug overpaid rewards for months, and instead of clawing back, EWF is offsetting it through reduced distributions.
How much was overpaid and how long this takes? Never communicated. So we reconstructed it from the chain ๐
The cumulative balance chart shows the full story: ~$38K overpaid during the flat-rate era, correction running since July, ~$22K left to recover. At current retirement volumes this could be done in 2-3 cycles. If volumes drop, it takes months longer.
Every cycle updates automatically. When the balance hits zero, the rate should return to $0.90 โ thatโs the moment to watch ๐

๐ New SAFc Heatmap Feature on ewchain.io
Weโve added a new heatmap view to make SAFc retirement patterns easier to understand at a glance.
See how retirement activity is distributed across the month, spot the busiest days, and compare the current month with the historical pattern used for projections.
The heatmap is based on the last 12 complete months and can be viewed by both volume and number of retirements, with separate views for SAFcA and SAFcE.
