Ingredients:
Noodles
زرد چوبه
پودر سیر
سیر رنده شده
زنجبیل رنده شده (توروخدا خوب کوچیکشون کنین زنجبیل رسما یکمی بزرگ باشه آدم از طعمش میره 67th dimension)
ربع aka tomato paste
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
پودر فلفل قرمز یا سیاه فرقی نداره
پیازچه کوچیک شده یونو‌
An egg
نعنای‌ پودر شده پودر نعنا basically
کره/روغن

First off, you’re gonna obviously have ur pack of noodles wtv wtv and you’re just gonna boil it with hot water on the stove like usual. Then, when ur آبگیریing it, SAVE the water you just
boiled ur noodles in. It’ll come in handy later

Anyway, with the now empty pan whatever you have, you’re going to put tomato paste in there with the ادویه AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, CRUSHED GINGER AND CRUSHED سیر. Cut up some پیازچه and add it in too trust me it’s super super good

You’re gonna let it simmer a bit and then add some کره or cooking oil to it like just a bit and ur gonna let it simmer and mix

Then, you’re gonna take the boiled water you saved and pour it in there. While it’s boiling again, take an egg and grab two small bowls or whatever because ur gonna divide the white and yellow of the egg.

For the white of the egg, if you have mozzarella cheese you can add that. If not, then you can also just mix it with garlic powder. Then, grab a teaspoon of the boiling water and add it to the white of the egg, mix it and pour it in.

Then bringgggg ur noodles back in, add a tablespoon of the water to the yellow of the eggs and pour it over your noodles and let it all come together. Again if u have mozzarella cheese add some in too.

Anyways let it all boil and in the end, add پودر نعنا to it

Anyways yeah I made this last year three days in a row when I had the worst cold known to human fucking kind and it opened my throat up so well I was in #bliss

As you can see only the broth is left

Also PLEASE make sure to not add TOO much water okay because if it’s too much water aka broth you gen will die I can’t drink allat
