Me whenever I see parents keeping a child with a life threatening disease or disability alive that PHYSICALLY makes them sick and unable to do simple things and will ruin their lives forever making the incapable of living or fending for themselves, alive just because they want more time with them.
Me when I see family members keeping an old family member that is slowly drifting away and cannot move or even speak anymore because of their age and their sickness, alive just because they want more time with them.
It’s really hard to let go but cmon man… that’s straight up torture to the poor kid and person.
