Okay slight public rant or idk not really a rant I’m just curious to see if anyone else has this but okay I genuinely need to know what this is I don’t know if it’s because I have a short temper or it’s my adhd or ocd that genuinely elevate this feeling but I absolutely fucking HATE the sound of people TALKING listen it makes me so overstimulated even if it’s one single person next to me telling me how to do something for example I get so extremely enraged my brain starts overstimulating so badly I need to shush people up 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 like it makes me so fucking annoyed till the point I feel like getting aggressive omfg genuinely what the HELL

There’s a running joke in my family that I always say “SHHHHHH.” When anyone talks to me while I’m trying to help them with something because their voices make me so enraged
