SLT could potentially be deciphered as ShenLiTa (Divine Tower), ShengLiTian (Heaven’s Rite), or something else — Chinese experts, your turn.
As a result of this cutscene, various structures/effects will appear at the marked locations in the sky.
Which, I guess, leads us to the appearance of all the Archons in 7.2.
