The fatui genuinely is more complex than just being labeled as villains. You can literally see how often times they don’t even agree with each other, and most harbingers are very much their own individuals. We could clearly see how some harbingers didn’t even agree with Dottores actions for example, or how Arlecchino is just in this for the HOH and her children. They’re all complex Individuals.

Sure the Fatui have been SHOWN to have villain aspects but they’re not the evilest beings in all of Teyvat. I’m pretty sure there’s worse than them out there
