Okay anywa I feel like me thinking of Quinn overlapped on this dream of mine but the dream was we basically have two groups in the world one are normal civilians and the rest are outcasts with heavy trauma that causes them to in twst terms, overblot now the governments don’t like these outcasts so a veil was made to separate the outcasts from regular people and the other side of the veil is called ??? (Idk yet I just dreamt of this)

But even within the outcast community we have two groups and that’s the reformists who believe them being outcasts is shameful and they need to change and the ones that rebel against the reformists

We have the institution for outcasts and basically a government official was sent there to give the yearly report back to the civilian gov but instead she kind of just got trapped there in this institution

The thing with these “overblots” is they bleed black through their noses some can activate this as they wish and some can only do this when they’re angry or stressed enough and they gain powers from this

There’s this one guy the main character falls in love with who’s issue is basically super speed when he’s angry and he’s almost always angry or stressed and that causes him to use his speed so much he sometimes turns into a child or even a middle aged man

Uhhhhh hmmmm I don’t remember much of the details but male character (mc) was so badly treated by the institution that female mc (fmc) was inclined to save him or help him in some way which got her to overblot at some point and made her grow like extremely large black wings and she kinda slimed the whole place and flew one of the workers into the Atlantic Ocean and dropped her there??…. Idk……. Yeah my dreams are crazy
