Name: Quinn Nieves
Age: honestly I’m not sure but appearance wise she looks like she’s in her late twenties

Lore:
Built as a HYDRA super soldier, Quinn was a valuable asset to Hydra. She’s an archive. She basically works as a USB drive full of data all relating to Hydra. You don’t need to write down everything relating to Hydra when you have her and that’s for the simple reason that Hydra researchers needed a plan B if anything happened to their files, and that’s Quinn. Quinn is their plan B. They stored every single bit of information into her brain all relating to anything Hydra had done in the last century now.

After hydras downfall, her objectives changed. She decided she was going to eradicate the organization which in this point in time it’s whatever that’s even left of it, and then she’s… going to kill herself 😭 she managed to eradicate anything else left of Hydra before realizing her last goal was in fact, the winter soldier. If she manages to kill him then she’s free from her suffering and she’s free to end herself as well. How would she do that? Well,

By becoming his state issued therapist of course!! (Watch falcon and the winter soldier you’ll see why therapist exactly) and she just becomes his fucking therapist for shits and giggles before showing her true intentions and trying to kill him obviously that don’t work the first time so she gets away and comes back the second time to attempt and kill Sam to get to Bucky and get what she wants which is his death.

He tries to negotiate with her that right now they’re dealing with the Flag Smashers which were using super soldier serum. How that relates to Hydra is because they also wanted to recreate this serum. They could team up to stop these serums from mass producing again and again to get rid of it once and for all because if you think about it it’s somehow kind of related to Hydra and doesn’t she want everything about Hydra to be completely eradicated?? She thinks about it and says it’s fair game but no way in hell is she helping them directly… but she will use them to destroy the serums too then she’s gonna kill Bucky ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️ this is just the base plan for now idk what would happen next tbh

I established her story a bit

She’s a super soldier used by HYDRA to store memories of everything HYDRA has done so far in the form of a person so if information goes missing or they wanna start something, they use her but after HYDRA disappeared and was done for and only fragments of them remain, her objective changed:

To destroy whatever was left of HYDRA.

They used her as a super human but now she just has so much hatred she wants to destroy anything left of them - her personality is… very very insufferable basically lmao she gets off of violence and sadism and knows she’s self destructive but she wants to STAY corrupted she wants to STAY terrible unlike Bucky who wants to change. She sees him as a charity case and makes it abundantly clear that she dislikes getting help just because she dislikes getting help. That’s all there is to it.

I tried to make her this way to show the contrast even in our current world. We have two types of people:

1. People who know they’re fucked up and need help and try to get help to be better
2. People who know they’re fucked up but don’t want any help. They enjoy their misery simply because they’ve swam a long time in it, so the water isn’t as cold for them anymore.

They nicknamed her “the black dahlia” because of how bloody she is during fights where blood isn’t even needed to spill. She genuinely just does it for the love of the game, and some of her notable qualities include a 100% shoot rate. She can shoot a bullet right in the center of anything without even looking at where she’s shooting.

She basically forges her medical license to be Buckys new therapist but she’s only doing this for the fun of the game to get closer to him before she kills him. She wants to kill him then herself because in her mind, he’s the last major invention of HYDRA she needs to get rid of before getting rid of herself

I genuinely GENUINELY want her to just be a shit human being 😭😭😭 she’ll probably be redeemed later on as an anti hero but for now she’s just horrible
