Not being over 18 in Europe is genuinely like being a speck of dust you can’t do ANYTHING bc the first fucking move is “show your id, your passport and move your head up down left right to the camera so we can make sure it’s actually you”
and it’s not even for anything crazy at all i literally just want my fucking package from DHL that’s in a packet locker right around the corner .
But in order to even open that I had to register, confirm my address AND I have to show my id, passport AND facial recognition
