Anaxa e3 in the first tell pulls aka a double in the first ten pull manifesting

Dottore may be a Lygus expy or variant of some sorts in the HSR universe but I also feel like he’s very much Anaxa related as well

Especially now with the theory of him sacrificing his eye for knowledge

So which means he only has one eye, just like anaxa.

Anaxa also sacrificed an eye for an experiment to bring his sister back.

Dottore started wearing an eye mask/cover after 25, and even in his cut scene we see the segments after 25 all had only ONE eye shining behind the mask
