How I headcanon Dottore to look like:
- So he has a few scars on his face, especially one on his lip and going from his eye, and also a few burns on the side of his face. All of these are due to burns during experiments, some perhaps accidental as he was dissecting something, or some from wild animals he’d catch.
- a part of his ear is slightly bitten off probably because of an animal
- naturally dark skin but he’s also tanned because most of the times when he was younger after he got chased out of his village he’d sleep in the forests of Sumeru and also explore it in the daytime but that led to his skin darkening a little bit more
- hooked/roman nose. That much is obvious. He’s a Persian for crying out loud.
- hollow cheeks and eyes with a lot of eye bags. He rarely sleeps much and doesn’t eat a lot
- dark almost slightly blue/purple lips that are cracked and dry.
- his hair was much curlier and wavier as a child but it got slighty straighter and more… damaged?? If that’s the word for it. The ends of his hair are still pretty wavy though, and they have a unique shape to it ما بهش میگیم حالت دار

As for his body type, I wouldn’t call him the most fit but I also wouldn’t call him the most skinniest either. He doesn’t have very formed abs (that’s why I generally dislike seeing arts of him with like an 8 pack or something because are we seriously talking about the same character) but he is fit in whatever way he describes it. Og Dottore would’ve definitely been more skinnier and more malnourished, but his segments (since they are created by him), I think 25 and 35 would definitely be given a better build just because he likes to self glaze
