she cannot control the actual TIME of the world. Just the time lapse of an OBJECT. Alive human beings apply to that rule, but any human/ability user that has active bleeding wounds/scars, or is dead, she cannot use TOL on them, because that would mean healing them, and she can’t do that, she can only rewind their movements. Like if person A would be in spot 1 and moved to spot 2, she could rewind their movements to spot 1.
Example of her ability is: reviving a damaged building after it’s been ruined by rewinding it to a time it was brand new. ; rewinding a pistol that has been shot and getting it inside the gun, but if the gun has shot a person, she can rewind the pistol, but she can’t rewind the damage to the person. That would need HEALING, not REWINDING.
Yuko has her own time zone. Hence “TERRITORY of LIGHT”. Her time zone moves faster for her, so in order to keep up with everyone else, she has to move in slo-mo in her pov, but in the real world, she’s really fast.

And she hates dazai bc he abandoned her and his family so in bsd I made it so that she left the port mafia to go to the armed agency bc of dazai and they have a sort of father daughter relationship tried to fix their connection in bsd basically

Personality: because of her trauma, she has ‘alexithymia’, which means she can’t express emotions that well, although she tries her hardest and is finding ways to bond with others more, she’s kind to those who know her and always tries to show affection, not by words but by actions. She likes giving people what they have interest in and will bake you a cake if she likes talking to you. She’s sharp witted. she won’t hesitate to take action. She can’t be manipulated easily. Her gaze can make anyone feel uncomfortable and is a serious person, but she can give very blunt jokes and take them. She feels a lack of empathy most of the times but she tries to care about the people around her.

Her style: a white stripe turtle neck and a dark red crop top over it with very long wide sleeves. A black leather belt and a medieval styled long skirt and it shows her legs on the skirts left side (a one sided skirt) in the colour white and red with traditional Japanese style Sakura petals on it. Her skirt is silk. Black square tights and chuncky brown, wine red boots length to about 40 cm down her knees. A blue head band and a Japanese styled writing red earring on her right ear.
Belongings: a red traditional Japanese style hand fan 🪭 with sharp mirror shards which have the ability to target an individual and follow them until hit. The fan only works on Yuko’s command. The fan can fly and float and follow anybody who is a target, no matter where they go.
Backstory: she was born in a family, where her mother was suspected to be an ability user, and her father hated Yuko and her mother even worse since he was a drinker. One day, Yuko‘s father wanted to burn down their house out of hatred for his daughter and his wife and since he was drunk, he obviously wasn’t thinking and just did it, and while Yuko‘s mother told her to run away. Yuko didn’t want to leave without her mother, so while she was dragging her mother, she slipped and fell into a fire pit, and her body and face got burnt. She ran away, but her mother got burnt, and her father committed suicide. This happened when she was 7. She had no home and was an orphan until the age of 12 when she started working. Every single time she would go to her workplace and work, she would accidentally drop something and every time that she dropped something when she wanted to put it on the shelf, she would unconsciously use her powers and she would realise that the things were back on the shelf without her even noticing. This happened so much that she quit her job because she didn’t know what was going on until when she was heading back to her place. A man asked her if she worked at her workplace she said no, but the man asked if she wants to know what’s happening to her. Yuko, being intrigued and scared, ask the man how he knew. The dude turned out to be Osamu Dazai 16 years old in the port Mafia at that time. Dazai told Yuko if she wanted to join the port mafia and for her to have a home and for them to help her with her powers and education. Yuko agreed under one condition for her face to be fixed because she always wears a mask and hide her face so that nobody can see her burnt scars, when she went to the port mafia - the boss of the port mafia, Mori - took her conditions in to fixing and healing her scars, gave her the fan (weapon) as a starter and allowed her to join. She had a kill rate to around 78 people in the whole time she was in the PM. (Since the REAL Yuko Tsushima was the third daughter of the REAL Osamu Dazai, Yuko felt most comfortable with Dazai and would follow him wherever he went. When she turned 13 years old and saw that Mori still hadn’t fixed her face she felt betrayed because damn girl she joined all to be fixed.

When Dazai left the port Mafia, she decided to follow him and join the Armed Detective Agency. In the Armed Detective Agency, Yosano fixed Yukos face and body with her healing and recovered and had a new face. Now she’s in the ADA!
