Alive human beings apply to that rule, but any human/ability user that has active bleeding wounds/scars, or is dead, she cannot use TOL on them, because that would mean healing them, and she can’t do that, she can only rewind their movements. Like if person A would be in spot 1 and moved to spot 2, she could rewind their movements to spot 1.
Example of her ability is: reviving a damaged building after it’s been ruined by rewinding it to a time it was brand new. ; rewinding a pistol that has been shot and getting it inside the gun, but if the gun has shot a person, she can rewind the pistol, but she can’t rewind the damage to the person.
