sometimes i wonder about tahdig, it delicious, crispy and leaves a nice feeling after eating, while in reality it just burned rice, i think thats a beautiful thing when saying how perfect and proper and the standard isn’t always the “best” choice, sometimes you gotta burn the rice to get something even tastier.
