My 10-Day Vipassana Meditation Journey:

I was very excited to do this for the 1st time. Have waited for 2years..But when I got the chance, honestly the journey was not that easy.⚡️
Faced many challenges, staying silent for 9days, No phone, can't know what's going in my family, 10-12 hours of sitting straightly..
Yet, over the 10 days, I got some benefits, not everything I can explain in words but yes will try...

1. With patience, gradually experience the stillness. This was teaching to accept the discomfort w/o resistance and finding resilience within..🌻
2. Clarity: As the days progressed, I noticed my mind becoming quieter amidst all the chaos in life..🌸
3. Emotional release:
It was surprising for me how my negative emotions related to any person got melted down..Now I'm not holding any negative emotions with anyone even those who ever have hurt me badly..🌷
4. Learned about being more aware.🍁
5..The inexplicable: Somethings can't be explained in words..✨💫

Doing Vipassana was not just a meditation course...It was a journey to the self..🍁
Reminded me of the power of patience, self-discipline, and the capacity to let go, forgiveness, and many more....When I returned, the self-analysis and the experience has left me more grounded and more peaceful..🌻

However if you're going there, do it without any expectations n then experience it by oneself🌿
Bcz not everyone feels it the same, for everyone experiences r different.
So going there with high expectations n comparing your experiences with other is of no use....

We tend to avoid discomfort every time bcz our brain has been wired so...Only we'd helped ourselves getting pushed towards luxury n comfort...🌸
And by this way,
We're telling ourselves, telling our brain that I'm not stronger enough!
N we consciously even don't know this that only we're lowering our standards....🍁

Yes, Life place hardness upon us and sometimes that feels like complete torture...'Why always me' types questions keep bombarding in the mind..🌪

But what if we pause for a moment?
What if we gently look back at How far we’ve already arrived, how much we’ve survived, how many storms we didn’t think but make it through ✅

Isn’t it that very journey has quietly gifted us the strength we carry today...If we remember all this we can get the strength to move ahead with grace...🌻🌻

In times when divorces and breakups are increasing, one thing should be remembered.

Even if a relationship breaks, the dignity of the other person should never be destroyed!✨

The time that was shared was mutual with consent. There was a phase when two people chose each other, invested time, energy n emotions. That truth does not disappear just because the relationship ends.

Walking away is a choice n it's okay for XYZ reasons..⚡️
