In our daily interactions, we often find ourselves passing judgments on others n their actions.When we judge, we create a barrier between ourselves and others.

Understanding is the first step to wisdom." - Buddha

Knowing perspectives, experiences, and emotions of others is also not tht easy but when we choose to understand, we open ourselves up empathize.. Judgement is giving Negative frequency and Understanding spreads positive frequency 💫

The more we judge, the less we understand and the minute we start judging others,we loose our capacity to empathize.❄️

Remember, understanding is a choice, and it requires us to let go of our judgments. By doing so, we can rise above our limitations and create a more compassionate future for all🩵

Suppressing dissent may restore temporary order for sometimes, but it does not address the sentiment behind it. Unaddressed concerns shape perceptions and amplify the distrust, which could indirectly be seen in phenomenons like Brain drain....

This is not about ideology or political sides. It is about strengthening institutions through transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. Because in a democracy, legitimacy is earned...

The path forward is not suppression, but reform the education, which is the need to harness India’s demographic potential...🤞
