Qwen3.8-27B is out. Been waiting for this one.

We’ve been running the 3.6-27B internally for months and it’s been one of the best models at this size for our use cases.

3.8 looks like a (not so small) jump. Same 27B, 262K native context, much better coding/agent benchmarks, and as usual Unsloth already has quantized versions running in around 17GB of memory. So that part is what makes it really interesting for me: models this capable getting cheaper and easier to run locally is a really good direction.
