1. It is not okay to sell keys below the recommended price. An occasional discount of +-10% is acceptable, however, if any seller attempts to skew the market towards them by selling cheap continuously, their resellership would be terminated with immediate effect.
2. Resellers are advised to stick to their respective geographical regions while selling. Cross region selling is allowed, however, it's advised to seek permission from the official seller for a particular region (if one exists) before you sell in their region to ensure that their users are not siphoned off by others.
3. In case any user complains against a reseller accusing them of cheating/malpractices/non receipt of key, we will ask for any evidence that they might have supporting their claim. If the claim is verified to be valid beyond reasonable doubt, the accused reseller would be terminated with immediate effect.
4. If you're selling through a sub-reseller, it's your responsibility to ensure that your sub-reseller adheres to all rules. You would be held accountable in case a sub-reseller is found violating the above rules.
