I've been diving into the world of lucid dreaming for nearly 19 years! This practice is so powerful and potentially life changing, that it's come time to share share this knowledge with my greater community. Classes will be hosted in person at various locations across the Metro Vancouver region and will be offered a limited number of times

Today is my birthday.. I'm not usually a fan of big parties or gifts etc, but if you want to do something special for me - you can donate to my ecological cleanup organization Web Of Life. 100% of funds go directly towards the labor, volunteer coordination, and supplies/equipement for one of the largest ongoing ecological cleanup efforts in the history of the Metro Vancouver region. Some of the photos below are only a very small preview of the massive results we have accomplished over the last few years. The cleanup of the South Deer Lake forest in Burnaby is currently being funded by an amazing community member. After that (2 more work sessions), our nearly 100+ locations we have mapped for restoration will be ALL OUT OF POCKET unless we can find corporate sponsors or community donors. Sending gratitude to everyone who has helped in this project and supported my vision so far🌲🐟🏞🚮🌎
This Fri Feb 9th: Night Hike. Enjoy an early spring adventure deep into the forest and if we have enough people to carry firewood, a bonfire by the creek/waterfalls 🥾🔥🌌🌲

Starting 6pm and heading down the Crystal Falls Trailhead Coquitlam - hikes have ranged from 3 to 4 hours. Price is sliding scale 40-55$. Absolutely no one turned away for lack of finances (Contact me if for some reason you aren't able to pay full price and we'll make it work for you). Everyone paying along the sliding scale gets a second bonus hike they can claim during the season with unique locations and themes for night hikes! Partial proceeds go towards cleaning up trash from Coquitlam River and other sensitive ecosystems in the region via my ecological cleanup organization @weboflife.ca (Instagram)

Bring your thermos as be arriving with 3 big jugs of adaptogenic mushroom hot chocolate, and herbal teas for everyone. I have extra head lamps (bring a headlamp if you have one) and UV lights to observe early spring plants and wildlife!
