There it is : pubs that check vaccine passports no longer need to social distance.
This is coercion. The world is being held hostage. There is no longer any denying.

Have you read about or experienced flow states?
β²π§ββοΈ
Flow states can be achieved in many instances, you can be playing a musical instrument, exercising, playing sports, even working a monotonous job, or in this case - enjoying a hike along the river
~
For myself personally, my best ideas arise when I am out in nature. Almost any project or business idea I've had has come about during a hike or time spent outdoors, and especially when I am harvesting or picking wild food is when I've entered deep states of relaxation and joy. There is almost nothing as satisfying and rewarding as gathering wild food and feeling the fulfillment of being interconnected with the earth
~
What situations have you experienced flow? If you want to explore the topic further, an absolute must read is Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Reached a milestone! I've now filled up around 108 large trash bags from streams, forests, and the river over the past couple seasons!

Beautiful warm day to make a positive impact with my organization the Web of Life.. the foliage is really getting lush so hauling stuff from the prickles and thickets in the forest is getting increasing difficult
~
We still managed to remove a disintegrating couch, a box spring mattress, and some stuff which isn't pictured here, all estimated at several hundred, perhaps a bit under 1000 lbs.
~
If you want to help out, you can share this post to your channel or favorite groups, and for anyone who wants to donate or provide equipment, it's appreciated immensely!
~
Equipment needed:
-Biodegradable cellulose based flagging tape
-7mil contractor bags which won't rip
-small folding shovel
-fiskar bypass pruners
-business cards

Nettles, Japanese knotweed, and a few more of nature's delicacies which we can find in this beautiful urban forest
~
There will also be the potential for you to harvest quite a bit of Japanese knotweed root which has the highest known concentration of resveratrol of any plant on the planet!
~
Get in touch soon, as there are only a few spaces per day - (making sure each participant gets to take home a nice harvest) - Port Coquitlam, BC

The temperate jungle I call home.. there's nothing quite as enjoyable as this place especially as the weather gets warmer
π΄π²
It's my office, my gym, my local wild food grocery, my swimming pool, the place I teach, and place I take care of and steward..
~
I truly believe that the indoors are only meant to protect us from the elements when needed, but when the weather is mild or warm - we truly should be spending a majority of our time outdoors around trees and plants
~
One day humanity will see it as a health risk to live in a place dominated with concrete or overly sterile, devoid of trees and natural landscapes.. Have you noticed many inspiring images of "utopia" have lush gardens and towering trees with birds, butterflies, and wildlife living in community with humans? Because this is the way we are meant to live!
~
Wishing everyone an awesome time out in your local natural space, deepening your connection and knowledge of the land π¬ππ£

βUnvaccinated folksβ are driving coronavirus surges as American society slowly reopens
Itβs mainly the younger generations who are testing positive for the coronavirus, and health experts are attributing it to the fact that they are more likely to still be unvaccinated.

#Permaculture principles β not just for growing food.
Observe and interact: Engage with nature - design solutions that suit our particular situation.
Catch and store energy: Collect resources at peak abundance, use in times of need.
Obtain a yield: Get truly useful rewards as part of the work that you are doing.
Apply self-regulation and accept feedback: Systems must function well long-term.
Use and value renewable resources and services: Make good use of nature's abundance.
Produce no waste: Valuing & use of all resources that are available to us.
Design from patterns to details: Observe patterns in nature & society - these are the backbone of our designs, with details filled in as we go.
Integrate rather than segregate: By putting the right things in the right place, relationships develop between those things and they work together to support each other.
Use small and slow solutions: Small and slow systems are easier to maintain than big ones, making better use of local resources and producing more sustainable outcomes.
Use and value diversity: Diversity reduces vulnerability to a variety of threats and takes advantage of the unique nature of the environment in which it resides.
Use edges and value the marginal: The interface between things is where the most interesting events take place. These are often the most valuable, diverse and productive elements in the system.
Creatively use and respond to change: Have a positive impact on inevitable change by carefully observing, and then intervening at the right time
