24-year-old woman p/w dysuria & pain in her right knee & hands. Pelvic exam showed purulent endocervical discharge. She is sexually active & recalls having unprotected sexual intercourse recently. Gram stain of a cervical swab is shown in the picture. What is the most likely diagnosis ??

A 15-year-old girl p/w fever & sore throat. She had recently gone to an outdoor music festival & shared multiple drinks & cigarettes w/ friends, who had similar symptoms. No hx of cough. Exam w/palatial petechiae. Smear w/atypical lymphocytes.

16. A man in his twenties presents in the emergency room with
shortness of breath and fatigue. He is also very pale. Two days
earlier he was given penicillin for an infection. He had penicillin
previously without problems and stated that he had “no
allergy” to penicillin. Laboratory testing shows that antibodies
to penicillin are present in the patient’s serum and that he is
breaking down his own red blood cells. He is diagnosed with
immune hemolytic anemia
