🔷Eye-catching (adj.) = catches your attention

Cosmetic companies tend to have eye-catching adverts 

 

🔷Catchy (adj.) = sticks in your head (song, melody, phrase)

Nike’s “Just Do It!" Is one of the catchiest slogans I have ever heard.

 

🔷Hands-off (adj.) = relaxed, with little control 

Google has a very hands-off management style

 

🔷Hierarchical (adj.)  = describes a company with many levels of management, one above the other.

Many American companies adopt a flat organisation approach to management rather than a hierarchical approach.

 

🔷To dominate (v) the market = be the leader in any market 

Google dominates the ‘search engine’ market.
