As this new year settles into being, meeting you has been one of its quiet gifts. In the midst of all that time carries, its pace, its uncertainty, its change, there is something deeply grounding in the presence of people who arrive and make the days feel more inhabited. I am grateful for the moments that brought us together, for the ease that grew where there was once unfamiliarity, and for the warmth that followed.
As the year ahead stretches open, my hope is simple and sincere, that we continue forward together. That the days give us room to know one another more deeply, to create memories that feel light in the keeping, and to offer one another presence, especially in moments that ask for it most. May what grows between us be marked by patience, trust, and joy that arrives without needing to be summoned. Happy New Year for all of us!
