🇷🇴 Romania's programme for the acquisition of SHORAD/VSHORAD (anti-air missile) systems appears to be failing

Out of the final four companies, only israeli Rafael systems are still left in the run, with big risks of them being dismissed as well. The problem with all the contracts is that they all exceed the budget limit authorised by the parliament

Admin thinks they should just increase the budget since the army usually spends around 90% of it's budget yearly. There's still money left to finalise this programme considering it's importance
