🇷🇴🇺🇸❌🇪🇺 Romanian Minister of Energy, Sebastian Burduja, wants to walk away from the EU's Green Deal policies and push for "economic patriotism", reviving traditional methods for energy production and modernising them to pollute less, but not fully decarbonate. He addressed 37 companies, associations and institutions his concerns regarding the impact of "environmentalist" policies on Romania's energy sector, industry and economy. He also acclaims Trump for his policies regarding energy production:

“Energy patriotism and responsibility oblige us to prepare this report with maximum seriousness, to prove that Romania is prepared to defend its legitimate interests and to actively contribute to the redefinition of European energy policies. In the face of international examples, such as the recent energy program of the United States under the leadership of President Donald Trump, who promotes the prioritization of national industries, Romania must adopt a similar, firm and pragmatic approach ”

🇷🇴📮 Romanian Post (state-owned nation-wide postal service), wants to take over 30% of the courier market. They currently hold 3% of this market, the rest of it being held by different companies from the private sector. They have bought new vehicles and are building new sorting hubs to help them achieve this goal and are also preparing for a reorganisation to make it a more efficient system. They also wish to raise the number of "easybox" pick-up points in Romania from 5K to 20K. Despite holding only 3% of the market, they are still to this day a very used service by the people, being the only postal and courier service to deliver anywhere in the country, and the primary postal service. The Romanian Post is one of the big state-owned players in the economy.

🇷🇴🏫⚡️ The president of the Romanian Academy, Ioan-Aurel Pop, condemned the proposed new changes to the education law accusing the minister of "furthering the globalist agenda".

"The concern for the reformation of the school was always in the foreground, but the reformation often included the form and not the content, the appearance and not the essence. There were also healthier attempts for two or three times, but wools in the beginning and quickly forgotten. We only live in the age of globalization and digitalization, which involves homogenizing the planet and who have all the knowledge stored in safe, easily accessible databases for anyone. So the school would be meant to teach children and adolescents only the strictly necessary related to digitalization, a bit of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology. The remaining hours are to be intended for practical skills, skills, rules of individual and public life.

In this equation, education through history had become an unbearable burden for “progressives” and non-Marxists. From a time, “cancellers of culture” and “awakenings” and other vengeful revenges of the horrors of the past, real or imaginary, also emerged. So, "history" had to be punished drastically. There was also the very noisy and very difficult to combat reason: the history had served in Ceausescu’s final period for “communist nationalism”, for the pre-earness of the Romanian people, for its transformation into a glorious, unique, immaculate and always victorious nation, and the leader had made him the “Genius of the Carpathians”.

Only the Romanians were never glorious, they did nothing in history, they were a bells and did not build, invented, created works and masterpieces! Consequently, we need to be global and globalists, the name “Romania” and “Romania” were almost totally deleted from the textbooks.

Of other things, the name “Romanian language” did not like some people and they created textbooks called “language and communication”, as if the adjective “Romanian” sounded stupid. Alternative history textbooks have also been made, some worse than others (...)"

Eurocrats have finally realised that a convention drafted and signed 74 years ago has become obsolete and that it should be at the very least revised, if not, discarded completely.

The Convention stated that countries are forbid to expulse refugees that have crossed into or are attempting to cross into the country, dating to the pre-WW2 era times when Jewish refugees were denied entry by various states and were returned back to their countries of origin or directed elsewhere

The report discussed by the ministers of internal affairs of the EU reportedly admitted, finally, that there are some migrant communities (not all) who fail to integrate into European societies, fail to adopt European values and create their own parallel societies.

Failed asylum seekers as well as refugees with permanent residence have been behind a wave of violent crimes and murders committed in European countries like Germany, but they were protected from deportation under the refugee laws.

There have been EU proposals of establishing centres outside of the EU for migrants waiting on a decision of their asylum application, but the convention is considered an obstacle.

Plans for new rules allowing deportations and repatriation centres outside the EU are due to be challenged as a breach of the convention in court.

Millions of migrants illegally entered into EU countries during the Syrian refugee crisis in 2015 as they looked to find asylum, with requests having remained high since.

Discontent with this has resulted in support of nationalist and radical populist parties all over Europe, which promise to combat the number of asylum seekers being allowed to stay in their countries.
