❗️Israeli police allow Jewish worshipers to bring prayer sheets to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound for first time
Israeli police today permitted Jewish visitors to ascend the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound carrying printed prayer sheets for the first time.
Earlier in the day, Jewish students distributed flyers containing liturgical material to visitors waiting to enter the compound. The sheets included religious instructions for visiting the site, a prayer to be recited before ascending, and the Amidah, a central prayer recited three times daily in Jewish tradition.
“In order to maintain the existing order, it was determined that the use of these sheets would be limited solely to specific areas defined by the police,” authorities said.
Until recently, non-Muslim prayer on the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound has been prohibited under long-standing arrangements known as the status quo between Israel and Jordan, which oversees the site through the Jerusalem Islamic Waqf.

💬 “We won one victory today, and with God’s help in the battle for the whole Land of Israel, we will drive out, destroy, kill and eliminate all the people of UNRWA,” deputy mayor Aryeh King said in a video after Israel seized and started demolishing the UN agency’s buildings in East Jerusalem.
Characterizing UNRWA as the “Nazi enemy,” King said Israel has “no choice” but to eliminate them, because “it is either them or us.”
Before the crackdown, UNRWA provided education, healthcare and municipal services support to ~110k Palestinian refugees in the city.

Trump's speech at Davos was the most boring since the beginning of his presidency probably, he said nothing new, no harsh statements against EU, just a bit of criticism, was mostly focused on how well everything is going in the US now due to his "miracle" policies lol

The gold price continues to rise.
The higher the turbulence in the world, which accelerates the growth of prices for gold and other precious metals, the more the Russian Federation earns. Earlier it was reported since 2022 Russia earned $216 billion from rising gold prices. This makes it possible to partially compensate for the blocking of Russian assets in Europe and the costs of the SMO.
It is still unclear how long such a favorable environment will last.
PS. Within the framework of liberal discourse, there should be a statement that Russia is hooked on the golden needle instead of the oil one.

Regarding the new round of negotiations with Trump administration's envoys the situation on the ground is so favorable for Russia right now that stopping the SMO along the current frontline, without having achieved fully none of the the objectives, would be blasphemy, a quasi-defeat basically.

Against the background of record growth in demand for electricity in the United States last year, the country began to run out of natural gas.
As a result, prices have crept up. But the supply has not yet had time to respond to the growth of the gas production margin. The main reason: The Permian Basin, the oil and gas happiness of the USA, is passing its peak. No matter how many fields there are in Perm, it will not produce more oil. And if there is no oil, then associated gas production begins to decline over time: geology and physics introduce their own limitations.
Other oil fields cannot produce new gas either. Production peaked offshore, in Alaska, and in other shale formations.
The only promising formation is the Appalachian Basin, which includes huge reserves of shale gas. Already, about 350 billion cubic meters per year are being extracted there. And according to the plans of the US Department of Energy, production should approach 700 billion cubic meters per year by the middle of the century.
The main problem in Appalachia is the main pipelines. 700 billion cubic meters must not only be extracted, but also delivered throughout the country, including to the Henry Hub, as the main one for exchange settlements and gas shipments for export in the form of LNG. That is, the capacity of the highways should at least be doubled. It's no joke — pipes for 350 billion cubic meters per year. Whereas there are not enough gas pipelines right now, not only to deliver gas to the Gulf of Mexico, but even to local northeastern hubs. Last year, the price of natural gas in the northeastern United States was the highest.
To put it simply, in order for the United States to meet all the demands in the form of increased electricity generation, gas exports by pipe and in the form of LNG, and to gasify the regions, it is necessary to build and build enormous gas pipelines worth hundreds of billions of cubic meters. From the experience of the Nord Streams and the Power of Siberia, we know perfectly well that this is an extremely expensive and very slow business.

"The proposal for Greenland, approved by Trump, respects Denmark's sovereignty": Trump will leave Greenland to Denmark as part of a possible deal.
"The agreement on Greenland discussed by US President Donald Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte implies:
✔️ updating the 1951 agreement 'On the Defense of Greenland' between the US and Denmark, which allowed the US to build military bases on the island if NATO deemed it appropriate,
✔️ deploying the American 'Golden Dome' system in Greenland,
✔️ strengthening the alliance's activities in the Arctic region,
✔️ enhancing Greenland's security,
✔️ additional work on raw materials,
✔️ countering 'harmful external influence' from Russia and China in the area of the island"

🇺🇸🖕🇪🇺 Europe is faced with contempt from Russia and other leading world powers, — FAZ
▪️The USA, China, and Russia are united by a common disdain for the European Union, perceiving it as incapable of independently defending its interests in the face of global competition. "What unites Trump, Putin, and Xi is their contempt for Europe," writes Frankfurter Allegmeine Zeitung.
▪️The EU's key problems: technological lag behind the USA and China, dependence on American digital platforms and Asian semiconductors, internal disagreements, growing Euroscepticism, and the lack of a unified strategic culture. Europe's attempts to create its own technological leaders and implement joint high-tech projects have largely failed.
▪️The EU needs to distance itself from the unpredictable US policy, accelerate the achievement of technological autonomy, intensify cooperation with countries of the Global South, and consider creating an independent defense structure from NATO with the participation of Britain.

European officials speak of a “loss of trust” in Washington ahead of an emergency EU summit on Greenland viewed as “therapy,” Politico reported.
“We are experiencing a great rupture of the world order. Trust is lost,” the newspaper quoted one key US ally diplomat as saying, noting that the threat of EU tariffs made the schism “real.”
“We are past Munich now. We realize that appeasement is not the right policy anymore,” another diplomat stated, comparing the need to formulate a concrete response to Trump’s Davos speech during the summit to the pre-WWII period.

Just to be clear if the Kremlin dares to sign a peace deal that's very harmful to Russian national interests but most importantly gives a face saving way out to the anti-democratic, globalist, European elites, in a way that would allow them to remain in power indefinitely by claiming they were not defeated by Russia, we would discontinue our support for the Russian Federation.
