Requirement/Qualification:
-Minimum BA Degree in fields relating to development work, Sociology, Psychology, disability rights, or program management
-At least 2 years of working in Non-Governmental Organizations, or Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) with similar position.
-Familiar with Adult learning/ participatory training methodologies
