አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተለያዩ የትምህርት መስኮች ያሰለጠናቸውን 6,417 ተማሪዎች አስመርቋል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በ76ኛ ዙር ያስመረቃቸው፦

➫ 3,542 ተማሪዎች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ
➫ 2,241 ተማሪዎች በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ
➫ 377 ተማሪዎች በሦስተኛ ዲግሪ

በቅርቡ የተሰጠውን ሀገር አቀፍ የመውጫ ፈተና ከወሰዱ የዩኒቨርሲቲው 3,960 ተማሪዎች ውስጥ 91 በመቶ የሚሆኑት ማለፋቸው በምረቃ መርሐግብሩ ላይ ተገልጿል። ከተፈታኞቹ በ18 የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች የተፈተኑ የተቋኑ ተማሪዎች ሙሉ በሙሉ (100%) ማለፋቸው ተመላክቷል።

የኢትዮጵያ የሰነደ መዋዕለ ነዋይ ገበያ (Ethiopian Securities Exchange - ESX) ምንድን ነው? ምንስ የተለየ ጥቅም አለው?

የኢትዮጵያ የሰነደ መዋዕለ ነዋይ ገበያ (ESX) በአገራችን ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የተመሠረተ ኩባንያዎችና ግለሰቦች የኦክሲዮንና የቦንድ ግብይት በቀላል ዲጂታል መንገድ የሚያካሂዱበት ይፋዊ የካፒታል ገበያ (Stock Market) ነው።

ይህ ገበያ ኩባንያዎች ካፒታል እንዲያሰባስቡ፣ ግለሰቦችና ተቋማት ደግሞ ገንዘባቸውን በተለያዩ ኩባንያዎች ላይ ኢንቨስት አድርገው ትርፍ እንዲያገኙ የሚያስችል ዘመናዊ የፋይናንስ መድረክ ነው።

ይህ መድረክ በሃገራችን በይፋ ሥራ የጀመረ ሲሆን የሃገራችን ታላላቅ ተቋማት ወደዚህ ገበያ በመቀላቀል አክሲዮኖቻቸውን ማገበያየት ጀምረዋል።

ዋና ጥቅሙ ምንድን ነው?
✔️የአክሲዮን ግብይት (Equity Market)፦ ኩባንያዎች አክሲዮናቸውን በገበያው ላይ በማውጣት ለሕዝብ ይሸጣሉ። ባለአክሲዮኖችም የፈለጉት ጊዜ አክሲዮናቸውን ወደ ገንዘብ መቀየር (መሸጥ) ይችላሉ። ለምሳሌ በቅርቡ ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም (Ethio Telecom) እና ዓባይ ባንክ (Abay Bank) በገበያው ላይ ይፋዊ ምዝገባ (Listing) አድርገዋል።
✔️የዕዳ ሰነዶች ግብይት (Debt Market/Bonds)፦ መንግሥት ወይም ትላልቅ ኩባንያዎች ለተለያዩ ሜጋ ፕሮጀክቶች ማስፈጸሚያ የሚሆን ገንዘብ ከሕዝብ በብድር የሚሰበስቡበት የነጻ ገበያ ሥርዓት ነው። ኢንቨስተሮቹ ቦንድ ገዝተው በየጊዜው ወለድ ያገኛሉ።
✔️የባንኮች የጋራ ገበያ (Interbank Money Market)፦ ባንኮች እርስ በርሳቸው የአጭር ጊዜ ገንዘብ (Liquidity) የሚበዳደሩበት መድረክ ነው።
✔️ለኢንቨስተሮች (ለሕዝቡ)፦ ከዚህ በፊት አክሲዮን የገዛ ሰው መልሶ ለመሸጥ ቢፈልግ ገዥ ፍለጋ ብዙ ይደክም ነበር። አሁን ግን በESX አማካኝነት በግልጽና በደኅንነት በማንኛውም ሰዓት አክሲዮኑን መሸጥና መግዛት ይችላል።
✔️ለኩባንያዎች፦ ባንክ ሄደው ከፍተኛ ወለድ ካለው ብድር ከመጠየቅ ይልቅ አክሲዮን ወይም ቦንድ ለሕዝብ አቅርበው ሰፊ የሥራ ማስኬጃ ገንዘብ በቀላሉ ማግኘት ይችላሉ።
✔️ለሀገር ኢኮኖሚ፦ የውጭ ኢንቨስትመንትን ይስባል፣ የፋይናንስ ዘርፉን ግልጽነትና ተጠያቂነት ያሰፍናል፣ እንዲሁም የሀገር ውስጥ ቁጠባን ወደ ምርታማ ዘርፎች ይመራል።

ገበያው እንዴት ነው የሚሠራው?
የኢትዮጵያ የሰነደ መዋዕለ ነዋይ ገበያ (ESX) በሕግ የተቋቋመና በኢትዮጵያ ካፒታል ማርኬት ባለሥልጣን (ECMA) ጥብቅ ቁጥጥር የሚደረግበት ነው። ግብይቱ የሚፈጸመው በዘመናዊ የዲጂታል መተግበሪያዎች (ለምሳሌ Neway App) እና ፈቃድ ባላቸው የደላላ ድርጅቶች (Brokers) አማካኝነት በመሆኑ የኢንቨስተሮችን ገንዘብ ከማጭበርበርና ከስጋት ይጠብቃል።

ሙሉው ሥርዓት በአግባቡና በሕጋዊ መንገድ መሄዱን የሚቆጣጠረው ደግሞ የኢትዮጵያ የካፒታል ገበያ ባለሥልጣን (ECMA) የተባለው የመንግሥት ተቋም ነው።
