🚀 Upwork quietly released a new feature called "Work Now" on July 30, 2026.

If you're struggling to land jobs, it might be worth turning it on. It helps show clients that you're available to start immediately, which could give you more visibility.

That said... I honestly haven't seen any noticeable impact from it yet 😅. It's still very new, so we'll have to wait and see how much it actually helps.
