Yesterday, I came across a profession called AI Adoption Analyst, and it immediately caught my attention.

So I researched it, and the more I learned, the more interesting it became.

An AI Adoption Analyst is not someone who builds AI models from scratch.
Instead, they help people and companies understand and use AI effectively in real life.

They answer questions like:
• How can AI save time?
• How can teams work smarter?
• How do we adapt to the AI era without falling behind?

What surprised me most is how human this role is.
It’s not just technology — it’s about communication, problem-solving, creativity, and helping people adapt to change.

As AI grows fast, one thing is clear:
The future is not only for those who build AI, but also for those who help others use it.

This role feels like a bridge between technology and people. 🚀
Just like the internet changed the world, AI is doing the same now.

💡 What do you think about this profession?

Before the exam: ‘I mastered OOP—classes, objects, inheritance… easy.’ 😎
In the exam, I see new B().f()…
my brain just flashes like a blue screen: ‘Object created successfully… but intelligence not found.’ 💀😂.

❗️Italy reports its first case of “AI addiction.”

A 20-year-old woman in Venice started relying so much on an AI chatbot that she slowly replaced real-life conversations with it.

Doctors say it looks similar to other addictions — the urge to keep going back, spending more time online, and feeling irritated when you stop.

Experts warn this might become more common as AI gets more human-like and always available.

The message isn’t “AI is bad” — it’s about balance. Technology can help, but it shouldn’t replace real human connection.

What do you think?

🔥 Real and serious issue
🤣 Overhyped story

For those looking for an internship, consider this:
Before you apply, research the company's website and LinkedIn.
Some companies announce 6 months, but go for the shorter one, like 3 months. It's better to do two shorter internships at different companies than to stay 6 months at the same one.
And one of the biggest mistakes? Prioritizing remote as an intern.
Onsite is better than remote as an intern because you need to learn:
People skills
Work discipline
Real work environment and networking with seniors.
🇪🇹 A young Ethiopian just showed the world what African talent looks like.

won 1st place in Amazon AWS’s global AIdeas competition, beating 10,000+ participants from 115 countries around the world. 🌍🏆

His project, Ivy AI, works completely OFFLINE and was built for students who do not always have internet access.

📱 Works on normal smartphones
🗣 Supports Amharic & English
🌍 Built for real African challenges

What makes this story powerful is his journey.
He started learning programming without stable internet or expensive devices — but he kept learning, building, and believing in himself. ❤️

This is a big motivation for all of us to keep moving forward, keep learning, and never stop building our dreams. 🇪🇹🚀

If one young Ethiopian can inspire the world, imagine what many of us can do together. 🔥👏

💡 Tech With Hos Family,

I want to share a very interesting post from about how Generative AI is changing software engineering, education, and the future of tech itself.

One thing I really liked from the discussion is this:
The future is not just about coding harder — it’s about learning how to think, adapt, and build together with AI.

As students, developers, and future engineers, this is something we should all pay attention to. The tech world is changing fast, and the people who keep learning and adapting will have the biggest impact.

This is also highly connected to what we are trying to build and learn every day in this community — growing together, improving our skills, and preparing for the future of technology.

I highly recommend everyone to read it. It gives a very clear perspective about where software engineering and education are heading in the GenAI era.

2 months ago, one of my friends told me to try Google Antigravity.

At first, I thought:
“Probably just another AI IDE beside VS Code.”

But after using it consistently…
I actually started loving the workflow.

And now Antigravity 2.0 is here

This update feels different.

It’s no longer just an editor.
It feels more like an AI workspace built for developers.

The new experience feels cleaner, smarter, and way more beginner friendly.

Multi-agent workflows
🧠 Dynamic AI subagents
🎙 Voice transcription
🛠 CLI + SDK support
📂 Better project & task organization

What I like most is this:

Antigravity 2.0 doesn’t feel like:
“AI helping me code.”

It feels like:
“AI building together with me.”

I still respect VS Code a lot — it’s legendary.
But Antigravity genuinely feels like the future of software development 👀🔥

Every single month, I’m honestly amazed by how fast AI is evolving.
Recently, I saw the updates and early discussions around Claude Opus 4.8
And the improvements already look seriously impressive.
I actually didn’t try this one myself yet, but the direction of these upgrades is really interesting 👀
Some of the highlighted improvements:
• Better coding and debugging
• Stronger reasoning abilities
• Improved understanding of long conversations and large files
• Smarter AI workflows and automation
• Faster and more efficient responses
• Better at recognizing mistakes instead of sounding overconfident
What really stands out is how fast these models are improving.
Things that felt futuristic just a short time ago are becoming normal step by step.
Now my honest thought about the next step of AI 👇
AI becoming more “agent-like” — where it can take goals and independently figure out steps to complete them.
Honestly, it’s exciting to see this happening in real time.
let's see the next step together

🚨 One message.

That's all it takes to miss an opportunity.

A scholarship.
An internship.
A powerful AI tool.
A resource that could save you months of learning.

Most people don't miss opportunities because they aren't capable.

They miss them because they hear about them too late.

That's why I created Tech With Hos

A place where I share valuable tech updates, AI tools, programming insights, learning resources, and opportunities worth knowing about.

Because sometimes the difference between staying behind and moving ahead is simply being informed.

I know I've been posting a lot about AI lately.

But there's a reason.
Many people still treat AI as a tool.
I think it's becoming a fundamental skill.

. Just like learning how to use a computer.
. Just like learning how to search the internet.

The people who learn how to work with AI effectively will have a huge advantage in learning, building, and growing.
That's one of the reasons ChatGPT is usually my first choice.

Not because it gives answers.

Because it helps me learn faster, think better, and create more.
AI isn't replacing your skills.
It's amplifying them.

💬 What's the most useful thing AI has helped you with recently?
📤 Share it with a friend who is still sleeping on AI.

MiniMax-Code is seriously impressive.

I've tested many AI coding tools, but this one quickly caught my attention.

It works from the terminal, understands codebases, edits files, and helps with real development tasks—not just code suggestions.

Still exploring it, but so far, the experience has been excellent.

If you're a developer who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, MiniMax-Code is worth checking out.
