We have heard your questions and concerns regarding the TGE date and will address them by providing context and transparency.

We've been fundraising since November, first through contacts, by joining an incubator, and by people putting us in touch with various actors. We've realized that investors' expectations have changed significantly since we entered the industry 5 years ago. Their expectations require a wide range of social and business proof, all of which take significant time to obtain or present.

As such, here's what we've done to strengthen our case in the past 4 months:

- GTM Strategy:
- 2 Launchpads confirmed after negotiating with the entire ecosystem
- 4+ CEX contracts received
- Top-tier marketing & operational token support for 9 months post-TGE
- Opening of main DEX pool as ELAND/XAUt to add gold as ELAND value backing

- Tech & Business:
- MVP MyAttendant rollout
- 4+ client & investment LOIs signed
- Full WP suite published
- Full decks suite produced
- Website overhaul
- 3 new ELAND token & bridge contracts published on-chain

We are concurrently engaged in a large-scale campaign to capitalize on these achievements; multiple negotiations are underway, and we have yet to confirm them.

We apologize for the time all this is taking. We want to give you a v2 token & launch at the highest possible quality to ensure this token outperforms the old one and delivers healthy metrics. We don't forget the investment and trust you all placed in Etherland, and we're doing everything we can to ensure it is respected.

We're doing our best to have the TGE happen ASAP, but all of the above includes negotiations, which adds time delays outside our control. We'll keep you updated regularly.
