The screenshot above is a conversation dated 20 June with one of our members whose account was temporarily blocked by our Automatic Security Protection System. After a thorough investigation, our technical team successfully recovered and restored the user's ID.
At that time, we also informed the member that unusual activity had been detected on their account, which is why the system temporarily restricted access as a security precaution.
Following this incident, our technical team launched an in-depth investigation to understand why some user IDs were being automatically blocked.
🔍 According to our ongoing investigation, we detected suspicious IP addresses and abnormal activities targeting our platform. Shortly afterward, we experienced a serious cyber security incident that affected part of our server data, requiring us to begin a full data recovery process.
To ensure the highest level of accuracy and security, every user's data is being recovered and verified individually. This careful process naturally requires additional time, but it is essential to protect the integrity of every account.

Following the recent cyber security incident, approximately 6,533 user accounts were affected. Our technical team has already recovered a portion of these accounts, and the recovery process is continuing without interruption.

Recovering and verifying such a large volume of data is a complex and time-consuming process. To ensure that every account is restored accurately and securely, we must complete the recovery with the highest level of care.

In addition, we have decided to redesign and strengthen our software architecture to improve security and reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.
