Reports vary from 100-800 fighters inside, likely only 200 inside the city itself (others near Aynata and on outskirts).

The fighting has been strangely quiet, with a very careful and slow IDF advance into the town. This could be setting the stage for an ambush, we are still waiting for the fiercest clashes.
